What are the advantages of a single-session root canal treatment?

Our patients visit our clinic once for root canal treatment, and we complete their procedures in 1-2 hours. It saves time for both the patient and the physician.

How long does a root canal treatment in a single session take?

Root canal treatments should have lasted at least 2 to 3 sessions in the past. Nowadays, when the conditions are suitable, the canal treatments and upper permanent fillings of our patients are completed in a single session, i.e., within 1-2 hours.

What is the procedure of single visit root canal treatment?

The aching tooth is numbed with local anaesthesia.

Tooth decay and infected parts are cleaned. If canal treatment is required without being infected with caries, a cavity (path) is opened to the roots of the tooth.

The canal or canals in the tooth root are cleaned and washed with special agents.

The roots are permanently filled with canal filling in a single session, and the entryway, i.e., the cavity, is filled with permanent composite or other filling types.
